i need to get some opinions of Gameboy Advance and the one that comes after that. My Gameboy color has seen better days. so i'm thinking of investing in a new game thingy. i want to be able to play the games i have now, and I need for it to be rechargeble because i refuse to buy batteries all the time. backlit would be nice if that is availible, and i would also like to option of a joystick. i also don't want to spend more than say, $100.

What should i get?

and I'm not taking those meds anymore. I just quit them cold turkey. i hate having to be at the whim of these docs and i resent having to be some kind of over medicated basket case.

Today I got my brithday gift from H, as it came in the mail.

It'a a food processor, a Cuisinart in fact.

So anyone out there who thinks I'm a good cook should be sure to thank H next time you see him.
Because I'll be cooking even more than usual now...

In other news, I took advantage of a Blockbuster sale and got the remake of Willard and The Hours plus Hulk for free for H.
Yay for us!!!

It's chilly outside

Not much to report today. Day whatever this is of no meds is progressing just fine. I go back to work tomorrow for the weekend, which should be fun since my Hot Hot Boss is back in town. i hope he is not too saddended to discover that i have a new crush.

H and I watched Willard on DVD last night. it was cool, and had two alternate endings, one which was the same as the original film. I love that Crispin Glover...I think that movie is great, and should win awards for foley and sound. i also got a call from EB to pick up H's last gift. What they give for trade ins is a total fucking rip off, I hope no one does that there.

I've been feeling pretty tired lately. I think i've been sleeping too much.
The trailer for Troy is amazing. I imagine i will have to see it. We're having a screener of Mona Lisa smile soon at work, and also one of Big Fish. I don't even know what its about yet. Happily, Ryan has a copy of Russian Ark now so I can finally watch it.
