Cheap ass Bastards, and other problems with my day.

So around 8:30pm Saturday, my night goes to hell with the breakdown of a projector, and bunches of people screaming at me that they demand refunds now now now and should be compensated for thier time (they already got a full refund plus a pass to return). It just seems like they could be fucking gracious.

Although until that point, my day went rather well, and I'll probably start doing this Saturday double-shift thing more often.

But now I'm home with H, having skedaddled all the guests out of here by 2am. I drank a whole bottle of Cranberry merlot by myself, I can't beleive I drank so much. That is not like me at all, but I feel pretty good.

And after work, I'm looking forward to watching the Oscars, after Sunday Night FOX, of course...

Time Goes By...So Slowly...

I'm bored @ workl once again. We were short one box office register due to computer problems, so I expected to be terribly busy, but no dice. It's really slow, even though this is the last day to see Oscar films before the Oscar cerimony. Geez, I have 3 more hours here...

Oddly, I am looking forward to the Oscars, which is good since there is no Sunday night FOX. This year I have seen mor eOscar nominated films than any other year ever. I've even seen documentaries, foreign lanuage films *and* animated shorts...I never see the animated shorts, but they had them on Tech TV, which is one of the like, 5 cable channels I still have. So by tomorrow, we could all be saying things like: "Oscar winner Queen Latifah", or "Oscar winning composer, Eminem". That shit would crack me up.

And Lord of the Rings better win something. And if anything except Spirited Away wins best animated film, I'm going to commit ritual suicide by leaping off the top of the Box Office to my death.
If I do that, BTW, take lots of pictures because it will no doubt be hilarious.
