Altanta boy arrested for writing zombie story:

This infuriates me in many ways. First of all, the very idea that a student would be arrested for completing a short story assignment is ludicrous. Second, his own grandparents found the writing; and rather than discussing it with thier grandson, they called the police who in turn arrested the boy. And I don't just mean he has to eventually appear in court, he is in jail and has been charged with a felony. Thirdly, this boy's grammar is almost as appalling as the rest of the story.

I realize that school shootings are a serious issue, but this is goddamn Orwellian.
I just hope the boy's wrongful arrest lawsuit nets him enough money to pay his way thru college.
