Hey!

Thanks to all who came by for the party, a good time was had by all I daresay. The chocolate cake was extremely tasty and I got pretty damn toasted. Plus I'm pleased that one of my former managers (no, not HHB) has been coming by to hang out with us. He's one of my favorite people in all the world.

Speaking of HHB, has anyone seen him or talked to him?
I wonder if he's doing okay.

In better news, Special thanks to mastershot who made a special trip out here to help me out with a program for to write screenplays. I am super excited to have a good program to write with. Although I have to keep articulating that I'm "writing a screenplay" in the hopes that it will eventually sound less pretentious. And of course thanks to local fab artist smarbaby for her part in this as well.

H and I are going kite flying tomorrow with N and K and S presumably. Then later, we'll be catching up with uterdic and perhaps even the elusive psychswitch who to my delight is damn stoked to help me with this short film project. It's just that once I started thinking about all the shots I will need and how much time it will all take, I started feeling kind of overwhelmed. I mean, I just want to do a small, short film but already it looks like I could be shooting it for a year or more...on no budget to speak of.
