It's Peanut Butter Jelly Time!
Feb. 27th, 2004 02:59 amWhat has your great pal Wednes been up to?
Why, I'm so glad you asked!
I worked yet again...I'm in the middle of working six freaking shifts this week which for a dedicated slack-tologist like me is really quite a lot. But my job is easy and fun, although I'm recieving many compliments from managment on my uncanny ability to deal with the crap i'm being dished by people. Not just the loud churchy types, but also the people who apparently haven't been to the movies in 20 years and have no clue as to the wealth of information availible to them in the form of signage.
Anyhow, here's a quiz:

You are the Moon card. Entering the Moon we enter
the intuitive and psychic realms. This is the
stuff dreams are made on. And like dreams the
imagery we find here may inspire us or torment
us. Understanding the moon requires looking
within. Our own bodily rhythms are echoed in
this luminary that circles the earth every
month and reflects the sun in its progress.
Listening to those rhythms may produce visions
and lead you towards insight. The Moon is a
force that has legends attached to it. It
carries with it both romance and insanity.
Moonlight reveals itself as an illusion and it
is only those willing to work with the force of
dreams that are able to withstand this
reflective light. Image from: Stevee Postman.

Which Tarot Card Are You?
brought to you by Quizilla
I just watched a movie that was reccomended to me years ago. It's called My Wife in an Actress and is a French "comedy". It was damn entertaining, centering on an actress and her husband, who keeps taking his insecurities out on her. It was pretty charming and funny, even though it raises some interesting issues and never really resolves them. Plus you know the French...they'll show anybody naked in thier films. I love that in theory; but dont' really have a desire to see the French equivalent to Jack Albertson ala Chico and the Man in the um...altogether. It has Charlotte Gainsburg, and her real life husband...some guy named Yvan. And Terrence Stamp appears as a sex symbol for some reason. I don't mean cool 80's General Zod Terrence Stamp...I mean like Terrence Stamp from last weekend or so.
( my plans for the next few days, skip if disinterested )
And finally, here is something that H downloaded a long time ago, and I found again looking thru stuff on the computer. I don't know why i like this so much, but I do. It looks best if you make it smaller. Enjoy!
