I didn't really feel like getting out of bed today, but I made myself get up dressed, and out of the house. Went to see "Cet Amour La" at Madstone which was pretty good. It's about a Frech writer in her 60's having an affair with this young writer guy who'e like, 27. She was a big lush and treated him mean and kept throwing him out. And he kept groveling on back...it was pretty cute.

Now that I'm on the subject of groveling...let me say this. Anyone who loves you would never make you grovel. Anyone who claims to care about you would not threaten to leave you forever anytime you disagree with them. Your real friends do not constantly put thier own needs and wants ahead of yours, they are honest and forthright and do not seek to make you feel bad about yourself. If you are associating with someone like this, you should seriously examine why you are there, and what changes must be affected for your own wellbeing.*

Anthony Michael Hall is amazing on The Dead Zone. I adore his character, his pretty face, and the cool FX shots that ensue when he is having a vision. He da man.
Also Jerry Lewis will be appearing in Simpsons Treehouse of Terror XIV this year, as the father of Professor John Frink. Anyone not see that coming?

My thoughts on the California Election:

I mean, it pretty much wrote itself. The world is far too crazy for me to not make fun of it...

Wouldn't it be cool if it turned out I had the power to inspire both laughter, and terror?
