I have a new poster on my wall. It's from that movie 28 Days Later. Man, I thought that movie was great. I saw it a few times at work. Then I got a bootleg copy of it. I was so excited to have it, and I lent it to someone who still hadn't seen it, who really needed to. And I am told that they saw it, and loved it. But I never got it back. Never ever ever...oh wait.

I found it.

Stuff that happened

I woke up pretty early today, to H telling me about all the death that's been going on in the entertainment world. I must confess, I grew up thinking John Ritter was pretty damn funny and have even seen a bunch of his films. For such a young man to collapse on the set (he was only 54, and had a 5 year old daughter) and die later that day is just horrible.

And it reminds me that I could just as easily go that way myself if I don't start living healthier. I mean, I stopped "experimenting" with coke after Chris Farley died way too soon. Now I guess I'll stop treating my high BP as a serious problem, not somethign else my doc bitches about. Why? Well, for all my complaining and morbidity, I've grown rather fond of life. I choose to live, even though the world no longer contains Johnny Cash, and all of his ebay stuff has just trippled in price.

I got new bras in the mail. One of them is all lacy, two of them are rose colored. One with back hooks, 3 with front. Plus my package from goodvibes arrived. Time to get a "Do Not Disturb" for my door I guess.
