We had a projector break down tonight, so approximately 70 people from Ann Arbor could not see FRIDA. And fuck, were they pissed. Swarming on us like elderly locusts...demanding cash refunds and not even being able to wait in line. Quoting business practices that never existed...no, I'm not going to pay you for the half an hour you sat in the theatre you stupid old reptile woman.
Honestly, of course we want to do what we can to make your movie going night a pleasant expereince, but that does not enable me to pull a 100 minute art film out of my ass. And for that...I am a villian (a smiling damnable villian. If I must strike you dead I will).
