I think she got really old, then finally croaked (if you'll pardon the expression).

Why do I ask? Well, because King Kong--the good one, not that Dino De Laurentis hogwash--is on TCM tonight. And I , yes I, will be taping it.

And for those of you keeping tabs, I am not overnight in the hospital, I am home. It turns out I am neither sick nor crazy (yeah, I've got them hornswaggled). So I'll be sleeping in my own beddie bye!
