My new mane:
Jul. 22nd, 2002 02:56 amWell, my new hair-do is complete. For those of you who did not drop by over the weekend (surprsingly, many of you did), my hair is really short. That is because I cut it...all by myself!! This is not odd, as a profesional stylist has not touched my hair since the big heathen ranch party of 1996.
Anyway, I have used some Feria, my most favorite at-home color. It is pretty damn red. And man, it is fucking sweet! I have some hair still on my head from when I died some of it black, so that is still going on. And in bright light, it kinds looks like my head is on fire. I mention this not only to help you know its coolness, but also so that you will not start hitting me on the head when you see me.
So, aside from having to deal with some of the utter bullshit that comes with trying to invite others into my life, I have had a good-ass weekend. I even beat Mr CrankyPants at Trivial Pursuit, although he did get more questions right than I, I owned those dice. It was a harrowing struggle. And CrankyPants really does rule.
Tomorrow, I have a bunch of new jobs to check out. they include: Manager of an indy film theatre, which I am still checking into from last week; Admissions Rep for a medical assistant program; Manager at MediaPlay; and a couple of Switchboard late night gigs.
