As it is pretty summery out, and in a delightfully gloomy way, I thought I would take this chance to tell you all how damn good I feel.

I am applying for this gig to manage a new independent theatre in Ann Arbor. That would be sweet. I am also waiting to hear for a few jobs that would just sort of tide me over. And make me some bank...

I re-read Jurrasic Park This week, then last night I watched the movie with H. Then a whole bunch of people came over and had chili. Uterdic got the habanero. ha ha
Next up, a comic book Lickingtoad is loaning me...then Harry Potter here I come!

Things I like: rain, Dead Zone, Mikes hard Cranberry Lemonade, Zoolander, My cats, Simpsons, Shrinky Dinks, Deluxe Scrabble.
Bad Things: blinding heat, being dissed, falling video shelves, this damn sucky loud apartment complex, Fix-me Frank (when he is killing people), zombie holocaust.

Falling video shelves, or merely sagging??? There's a big difference, y'know. Anyhow, as I was telling H last week, you guys gotta save up and buy a few gi-mongous video shelves, preferably with cabinets that swing out to reveal even more tapes on the doors. Either that or just winnow down your collection some. (I know-- heaven forbid. I wouldn't do it either.)

"Winnow down my collection?" ha ha, a good jest sir, but it shall not happen. I give it a pruning every now and again. I gave away Children of the Night just last year.

The cats knocked over my newly installed shelf for mafia/death. when I say "the cats," i mean that it was Clarence. All of my tpes fell hard all over the place, both versions of Godfather trilogy, all the faces of death, and all of the sopranoes. Plus Scarface, Casino, Fresh, Goodfellas, Analyze this, Last Don, Suicide Kings, and Traffic. Plus my enhanced copy of the Zapruder tape. Whooo...

So far everything seems fine.

In my story, newly created zombies are very strong. But the weather is really hot, so they decay quickly and are useless before too long.

To tell the truth I don't really remember. They tell me what they need and when they need it and I try and deliver. It has something to do with a demon living in a house that eats newborn babies. Yeah-

Really? it is formularic sometimes, but they try hard to keep you guessing. All of the L & O's are good shows, well I haven't watched the "real life" one.

I also think that Dick Wolf uses the same casting agency as HBO. Lots of people from Sex & the City, 6 feet under, and Sopranos have turned up on L&O. I'll send you a list when I'm not so busy.

Okay, I can't promise anything though.

I don't accept promises from men, so that is good.
