Reasonably Boring update
Our Easter was pretty boring, moreso for me because I don't celebrate it. I got H a bunch of candy, which I hid all over the house with a bunch of note/clues, each more fiendish than the last. It was pretty funny, and H was delighted with his stash of candy and small toys.
When I got up yesterday morning, I thought it was Monday and that I slept through my eye appointment. I was so pissed at myself until H told me it was only Sunday. Whew! Anyway, I'm stoked to get my new glasses even though the ones I have now are pretty cool. I chose some sweet sunglasses that are pink with sparkly stones on them. The lenses are polarized and I'll be picking them up in a week or so. They are fun and cute and only cost about $150 including the exam and all. They put yellow gunk in my eyes to look at them, and I had to do the puff of air thing three times in each eye. It kind of sucked.
Then we went to the ring store. We didn't actually buy any rings, but I picked out another one that I wanted. H doesn't hate it and it's almost within our budget, (and costs less than half of what the other one cost) so I'll probably get to get it. It's really cool and antique looking, well, you can see it:

I'm making H panini sammiches tonight. We press them in the George Foreman grille. Mmmmm.
I'm having chicken and swiss with spicy mustard. That'll be good.
Oh hey,
absinthofheart, H does play FF XII.

I wonder if there's a way to fake that one, I wouldn't mind some medical weed. ;-]
Yeah, the sammiches in the GF grille are awesome. We have the small grille and it fits a large sandwich very neatly.

My last eyeball doctor did a different glaucoma test that I've had done before...they actually touch a stick to your eyeball instead of puffing into it. I had warned him that I *hated* the glaucoma test, and he asked if I meant the puff, and I said yes. He said, "If you hate that one, this one will REALLY be bad." No. Not at all. I've had the "touching your eyeball" one before, and it's WAY better...they numb your eye and you can't even feel it, and there's no big scaryass noise. :)

Heh the set was only like $180 for my rings and that was the bargan we were looking for when we planned our wedding. We paid for it all and did a Renassance Style wedding....THAT was fun!!! =D
Okay enough babbling...im sure your tired of this comment already.
Have a good night!!
