It's the moooost wonderful tiiiime...
NaNoWriMo total thusfar:

I'm not sure if this will change or not when I update. I hope not, but all the word meters are different this year.
Our modem isn't doing anything at all. I checked all the plugs and it appears fine, but not a single light is lit up. Luckily, my neighbors have a relaxed attitude about sharing their internets. WOLF is on TV this month, I am so gonna record myself a DVD of that. That movie is awesome, Jack Nicholson and James Spader. *sigh* Plus, you can totally tell that Michelle Pffieffer had a trainer onset. She looks fabulous.
We have Fear.net now, so I'll also be recording copies of Tom Savini's Night of the Living Dead (1990), Flatliners (an awesome film for Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon), a Takashi Miike movie I've never seen called One Missed Call, and Carrie--which is one of my all time faves. If only they'd show a version or two of Salem's Lot and maybe the Lizze Bordon movie with Elizabeth Montgomery. That thing is awesome, and my VHS has seen better days.
My new favorite snack is Wasabi peas. They are crunchy and tasty. Get some.
I had an awesome session of EMDR today, and a good talk with the med doc. I always dread going to those things, and then feel much better after I do.
Anyway, the novel is coming along okay. It'll need some trimming down later, and I'm trying to figure out how to tell the reader everything they need to know without the thing starting to drag. I don't write for LOST, after all. Hahahahahahaa!
Nice.

And of course, I have to point and giggle at PC users whenever they say "right click." We mac people get too confused if there's more than one thing to click. ;-]
I heart my Bacon!
I love love love Flatliners (Billy Mahoney opens a big ole can of whomp ass on Keefer...) I only have it on VHS though. I also liked Stir of Echos (again I only have that on vhs.)
**if this posts a bazillion times it's because LiveJournal is being super sucky today!
