While I'm here, I'll mention that my DVD recorder no longer records or plays DVD's.
I hope you have a sense of what that means to my household--and in the middle of Sopranos. Frown.
Sopranos was pretty good. It looks like a certain person is gonna be laid up for awhile. Let the internal conflict begin!!!

And finally, paid members should check their userpics and see how many new ones they got. LJ is handing them out retroactively. I'm up to 118 myself, and don't even have that many lying around. I need to do another "I heart horror" with the bloody heart, and I need a B-Star icon of The Cheif. Someone should really slide me one of those, I'm sure there's a bunch around.

I can watch the HBO, I just can't record it...or anything really.

But now I feel like a tool; I didn't mean to complain about that in front of you because it's such a cool gift. Our DVD player from H's mom is broken as well...that one's only about 5 years old.

When I was a kid, electronics lasted basically forever. The TV I took to college with me was over 10 years old and worked until some idiot dropped it.

As for Tony, yeah...they've certainly made it seem like he could die soon. I was not sure if they could do 20 more eps without Tony, but they could just keep him in a hospital bed.
