I am almost speechless.
Ann Arbor transit system is planning to cut the number 5 bus sometime in the next few months. Guess what that means?
If you can beleive the abject terror of this, it means we will have to move again!!!
I swear, I am to the point of throwing furniture I'm so angry right now.
EDIT: In case some of you forgot, we had a terrible time getting this apartment becaue we don't pass RentSafe screening.
We might even have to leave town. Frown.
In better news, H and I are seeing Harry Potter together in about an hour.

As for RentSafe, it is a slam to a lot of people, and seems particularly out of place in a city like Ann Arbor, which is ironically one of the most unfriendly places for those with little or no money. The only cities I can think of, at least offhand, which are even worse are Troy, Birmingham and Northville.

Working at the shelter, I became much more aware of how difficult it is for people to bounce back from homelessness. No one wants to hire you, no one wants you to move it...and everyone is judging you because you have no home and no job.
