I'm SO jealous. Just this evening, I was telling my aunt how bad I needed one of those when I was trying to bake cookies. The cookies came out all right, but I made a complete mess, which would have been prevented by the deep mixing bowls. Plus creaming butter and sugar is always easier with a standing mixer than a hand-held. Seriously, I'm totally jealous.
