I may have had this question the last time we ran this movie.

But one should not ask if cartoons are "dubbed".

Because unless drawn people can actually talk...ALL cartoons are dubbed.

That's true, and if any of these people were anime fans, and not weekend dad's taking 5 year olds to what they still think is "the new Disney movie"...I would be much cooler about the whole thing.

sure, four year olds take great to subtitled japanese.
