Moon sign!

Greetings!

I just wanted to share my excitement that the waxing moon moves into Taurus tonight at 8:36pm.

Witches out there may wish to use this time to begin things we want to last for a long time...and to bring new things to yourselves.

I am trying to influence someone in my life to look favorably on me. I am also looking to draw good things my way.

I keep my spells simple, and use simple things like candles, ribbons, insense and strings.

I doubt it.
Above all else it seems an enormous group of people with vague beliefs who disagree with each other.

No offense to any individual practitioner.

Or a collection of individuals committed to seeking thier own path.

the nice thing about being a witch is that you aren't required to care what others say about your faith. A live and let live sort of thing, which is a healthy attitude for anyone.

Actually, if you ask each of us personally, you will find that we use many, many terms to describe ourselves and our craft. I, for example, do not choose to be called "Wiccan" because the term does not fit my ideas of witchcraft.

Remember too that Christians differ widely, even within sects, like Catholicism.

No, I wasn't trying to argue, but to inform and explain. There are many teenage girls out there making lifelong practitioners look bad. Just as the show Charmed does not represent most or even many witches, so murderers of abortion doctors don't represent all Lutherans.

Of course, I wouldn't want anyone to think I was pushing my beleifs on them...because I firmly beleive we all need to decide for ourselves.

Whats amazing is the more you learn the less one sided it becomes.
Rousseau believed we could be wrong in our opinions, lol. ..and yet others have logically argued why we needn't all choose for ourselves.
I, however, tend to agree with you, and I've made my stand on antireligion.
