Let the dishing commence...

I have mention to another LJ user that he needs to dish more dirt. Of course, it would be hypocritical of me not to share a bit of real dish about myself. So here:

I'm going on an overnight (or perhaps weekend long) date with an old boyfriend from high school. He is a Dr of Psychology now, who is almost done with law school. He is taking me to a nice hotel (platonically) and around to see some sites. Clearly, it is no Super Tour ®, but I expect to have fun nontheless.

H is totally aware and cool about this trip. But I have not seen this dude in 12 years, what if he thinks I'm a big loser? What if he finds me banal and/or boring? Okay, that's pretty unlikely but he could find me mouthy and obnoxious--that certainly happens.

The big dishing part is that Hollingsworth and I have been having some unresolved issues (nuff said). Plus H has not asked me to marry him after 3 years, and he has no desire to have children. Dr. Larry OTOH, will be looking to do stuff like that after he passes the bar. So eventually, I will have to decide some things like an adult.

And that is going to be hella tough.

Alright, I'm off to paint my toe nails...

Was I the LJ user who needed to share more ? Because, If I was than oh man, let me tell you, I'm still waiting for that delivery of dirt to come to me. My luck sucks, I'll put it that way. Any if you weren't talking about me then just ignore this. Oh, and good luck on your upcoming encounter.
