Whelp, I missed work again today. I just missed a week in January due to norovirus, and now I am rendered basically useless by a passing kidney stone. I have a terrible pain in my side...and a few other nasty symptoms I'll refrain from telling you all about.
I'm not cooking dinner tonight, because I'm feeling too lousy.
Tomorrow morning I have to get up and go to the doctor. Hopefully they'll give me something for the pain. It feels like a jagged metal Krusty O is lodged in my side.
Not sure when I'll make it back to work. I guess it will depend on the company policy regarding coming in to work on strong painkillers. We shall see.
