Clover, the Monster. and H, the Sick.

Try as we might to keep him healthy, H is now sick and missing work himself. I'm hoping he doesn't have this thing for as long as I did. But he's got all the same symptoms: chills, nausea, fever, vomiting, etc. Poor guy, he's not in for a fun time.

I'm back to work 9am Monday morning after having missed an entire week. It's going to suck getting back in touch with people and explaining why they've had to wait seven extra days for this or that. I get the feeling they've been pretty busy in my absence, which is good for business but a bummer that I couldn't be at work for it. I always feel so guilty when I miss a bunch of work, but man...there was just no way.

Since I've been home, I've watched a few DVD's here and there.
One of which is the excellent Cloverfield.

I read that this monster is supposed to be a baby that is alone and spooked. Sounds consistent with it's movements, vocalizations, and behavior I think.	This suggests to me that there is more than one "main monster" since this one is much smaller and no one is shooting at it.

Bought another new song for my Xbox singing game. People are People by Depeche Mode. Before that I bought Be Good Johnny by Men at Work. Good stuff.
