That's right amigos, I've been sick. I missed work yesterday and slept for a good 18 hours, with some TV and internet mixed in. I'm feeling more awake and less congested, but I could still use a few days to recoup.

However...

That's not going to happen because I've been called in to work today, which is my usual day off. I'm off tomorrow but I have stuff to do all day. So really I'm just being whiny because I didn't want to leave the house today and now I've got to go to stupid work. Oh well...

I planned to get some writing done. I'm trying to flesh out some characters for my NaNo novel. My main character, Marcie is going to have an interesting roommate who scams people on the internets out of money instead of getting a real job. And did I mention she's in love with her boss? I know...how do I come up with this stuff?

I hope this isn't a stupid question. If she does internet scams intead of getting a real job, how does she have a boss? Is the boss in charge of the scam operation? If so it sounds like a wonderfully tangled web, and I look forward to reading it.

Oh, I think I get it. The roommate does the scams, but Marcis loves the boss. Duh, Sometimes I have to read things a couple of times. My comprehension just isn't what it used to be.
