Gay movie from the England

I totally forgot to mention that I watched a movie on my iPod on my way up north over the weekend.

Bedrooms and Hallways stars Kevin McKidd and James Purefoy from ROME (Lucius Vorenus and Marc Antony) and also has Hugo Weaving as a real estate agent who takes his boyfriend for wild trysts in the houses he is selling. The movie is clever and funny with strong character development and a bunch of hot guys making out with each other. It was definitely a fun watch and gets my recommends.

Speaking of movies, I just heard yesterday that Kenneth Brannaugh wants to direct Thor.
That'll be quite something.
I heard they were considering "Triple H" the wrestler to play Thor, too bad he can't act.

H and I will likely be watching Midnight Meat Train tomorrow. Why? Well, it's based on a Clive Barker short story and features an appearance by Ted Raimi, who I love in horror movies. Full report after I view it.

In other movie news, I hope you aren't the last to hear that Johnny Depp is signed on as the Mad Hatter in the surely-will-be-fucking-amazing movie Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland. I'm not entirely sure I can wait till 2010 for it. It's just gonna be so good. BTW, does anyone else find it humorous that Depp's pic on imdb is from Secret Window, one of his abosolute worst movies in his career? I mean, I own it, but it's not very good, is it?

No, it isn't. It deviated from my beloved short story in ways that were entirely unneccesary and goddamned nonsense.

If Kenneth Branagh directs 'Thor,' they should have Ian McKellen direct 'Power Man and Iron Fist.' (Double-entendre not intended, just present anyway. Mmm, inter-racial homoeroticism. Whose life isn't it full of?!)

Ooh! I hadn't heard about Alice in Wonderland yet. But 2010?!?

Yeah, I must agree.

Brannaugh is signed on for Thor, according to imdb.

I'm sure it will take that long to make.

Oh, I suppose. *pouts*

"Thor", or "The Biggest Marvel Movie Flop since Elektra"

You think so? For me it really depends on who they cast as Thor.

I just don't believe its a very compelling character for a movie. I could be mistaken though.

"Midnight Meat Train"?

so... many... jokes...

Well, yes. There are.
