Barretts, Trifle and Sparkly blue rings...
Didn't have time to start reading Watchmen yesterday, got all wrapped up in the serial killer instead.
Yesterday was my brother's birthday, so I called him. He didn't answer but I imagine I'll hear back from him soon.
I'm wearing especially cute barretts today. They are pink and polka dotty and have bats on them. They perfectly match the dress I'm wearing too. Happily, I'm just going to work for five hours and then coming home. Maybe then I can get some reading done, unless I have Ryan over for a movie.
I'm taking the rest of my sparkly blue rings from the wedding to work and giving them out to the new apprentices. All the girls have been complimenting my jewelry, so it's about time I hip them to the wonderful world of Triplelle. There's another chick on Etsy who does zombie related earrings, necklaces, and barretts and things. I'm going to drop a pretty penny there once I get some extra bones.
Yeah, like I'd really shop at K-mart...
Nobody forget that I'm having a party at the end of the month. It's on the 30th, which is a Saturday. We're having hommus and trifle and maybe some hot hors d'ouvres if I can afford to buy some. So far, most of the usual guests will be there, along with a few fun surprises who don't come by much. Should be swell. And do bring a snack or something to share if you think about it.
