I just talked to my brother Mark on the phone for the first time in over 8 years. He called me while I was on break at work.

It was awesome.

He didn't even know I had a book out. But I told him and he immediately went to Amazon to buy a copy and sent me a text message saying as much.

I have his cell number now so I can call him at my leisure.
He is also open to the idea of getting together.

Whoo to the Hoo!

I haven't posted about Mark in awhile, maybe 2 years ago. But I've been estranged from my whole family for going on 13 years, except Mark, who I hadn't seen in 8 years.

You know, he said he got my note I sent to his house months and months ago. he said he didn't answer it because he "didn't have much to say" Can you imagine?

And then when I said "I love you" he said "Yeah...um...okay."

Yay, so whats new in the life of Mark?

He's married, and owns a house in Warren.

He lost his job and had to get a new one cleaning carpets, and he thinks Ed is an idiot. I feel kinda bad for Ed that his son has such contempt for him...but he is kind of an idiot.

Chad's wife took their 2 kids and moved to Ohio (who the hell moves TO Ohio, I ask you?). Then I guess Chad moved out to Missouri.
