The Gift

I finally watched that movie called The Gift, with Keanu Reeves and Giovanni Ribisi and a few other reasonably good-looking men in it.
It was pretty good. I like that Sam Raimi.

Isn't Greg Kinnear the guy from Talk Soup?
I think he is but H doesn't beleive me.

H is taking me to see Darkness Falls tomorrow...has anyone seen it yet?

Yes, Greg Kinnear was the first host of Talk Soup.

I loved The Gift.

One of only two movies which show that Keanu Reeves can actually act...The other being The Watcher.

I suppose he did ok in The Matrix, too.

I shall start by saying, "Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure" is one of the greatest movies ever made, but we've always guaged Keanu movies by the number of times we think of "Ted 'Theodore' Logan." The fewer times he acts like Ted, the better his performance.

Yeah. The whole Matrix thing, it seems like many people could have done that role.

I thought The Watcher sucked. But Reeves was good in it.

I wonder if he is related to George "Superman" Reeves.

I hope not.

It's like George "Everyone's favorite non-skirted Kryptonian!" Reeves, and Richard "Gerbil me!" Gere had a baby and clubbed it like a baby seal to teach it right from wrong in its infancy.
