Confessions of a Dangerous Mind

I just got home from seeing that movie after work. it was pretty amusing, even though i guessed most of the plot points...and a few i already knew from being alive in the 70's.

Sam Rockwell gives a good performance, and shows his ass in many, many scenes. Julia Roberts does what could almost be called a sex scene, but not quite, and there are some excellent and hilarious cameos. George Clooney is lame as ever, but he appears to be a serviceable director, so bully for him.

We're also showing Goodfellas, Mean Streets, and Stop Making Sense at the Madstone this weekend. So drop on by...

Oooh, I want to see Confessions. And, come on, Clooney's okay. Did you see Three Kings?

Yes, Clooney's great. Wednes is too ashamed to admit it. Let's not forget "O' Brother...," "Oceans 11," and "Out of Sight." All of which are all, fine films.

I didn't like him in O Brother...he talked so damn fast that half the time I couldn't understand his wordy, wordy lines.
