Again with the Polar Bear...

LOST served it up yet again. The plot progressed, new characters were given background stories, and Ben Linus got punched a few more times. Good ol' Benry seems to be in pretty good shape for someone who's been getting pummeled by Jack, Locke and Sawyer on a regular fucking basis. I could not be more pleased with the way LOST is going thusfar this season.

If you ask me, Locke and Linus both looked shocked and pissed that Hurley could see Jacob's cabin. And what's all this I'm hearing about Jacob being Jack's Dad? I don't think so. I'll stand by that. I bet he's someone connected with Dharma or Hanso, someone who managed to live.

Anyway, who thinks Time Travel? I'm beginning to suspect it. Also some kind of ghost situation, especially now that we have some sort of ghost whisperer. This guy seems to actually have some power over ghosts, which means he and Jacob will probably love eachother. *sarcastic grin*

If Ben really does have a man on the boat, you can pretty much bet it's Michael. His name's been in the credits for two weeks now, and he has yet to appear.

And now, I'm off to read what you guys think.

I am just so baffled as to how the flash forwards also seem to be the past but also the future but also real time? Oy.

There has to be some type of time travel, but in what direction, I have no idea. And I definitely don't buy the whole "Time goes backward on the island!" thing. That just can't work in my head. haha

Time goes backward on the island?
How would that even work?

I hated that ghost hunter guy. It signals a "Shark jump" for me with this show. I don't mind the Lawnmower man though.. I sort of have a mancrush on him now that he's older. Time Travel wouldn't bother me, and its strongly associated with large magnetic fields. I guess I just hope that when we do find out the answer, its not something like "It was all a dream of an autistic kid with a snowglobe". Now, if its a Dream by Bob Newhart, that wouldn't be as bad.

Ha! Newhart.

I didn't mention Jeff Fahey in my post, so I'm glad you did. I wonder what his whole deal will turn out to be. I loved him in Psycho 3.

Also, if the pilot was happily married, why was he flirting with Clare before the flight? Not to mention how he is in the plane when we saw him get taken by the monster?

And Grunny wasn't wearing that ridiculous mustache either was he? Maybe after that flight he was going to go play Snidely Whiplash in a stage version of Dudley-Do-Right?

Ha!

LOL

HAHA!! I also mentioned the autistic kid and snowglobe this morning while discussing Lost. I don't think that it is even close to jumping the shark (that will happen when JJ's script has reached it's end in 44 more episodes and ABC decides to keep it going), but we were talking about how many people we would kill if this all turned into Hurley imagining the whole thing in the looney bin.
