I hit 15K this morning. I haven't even gotten to the actual plot yet, really. Just a lot of horrid character stuff. No action. I'm looking at this Nano more and more like it's just going to be a template for the actual project.
I've hit a brick wall pretty much every day. Sometimes I climb it, sometimes I drive a tank through it, sometimes I just sit and cry in front of it. For right now, I'm going to eat a bologna sandwich and watch The Deadly Spawn. If that doesn't provide inspiration, I guess I'm fucked.
I'm almost to 10K. I had to stop today because 1) my ass is numb and 2) I have a ton of things to do before I go hand with my peeps tonight. I just posted an excerpt on my profile thingie. I was looking for a nifty word counter like you have, but I couldn't find one on their site. Good luck getting over the wall. I know I hit a wall the other night and it was driving me crazy. I haven't even gotten to the stuff that I want to throw in this novel. FIE! indeed. :)

Yeah, they were 1x1 white bricks with blue printed letters and numbers on one side. Early 1970's or late 1960's. Just recently, they came out with personalizable keychains with little 1x1 black tiles with silver letters printed on them. I bought four keychains mail-order just to have a decent set of letter. I need to order some little black whoozits brics with studs on the sides so you can use them functionally like those old bricks.
