I did miss LJ and all that entails. I purposefully didn't take my computer so I could relax.

I did indeed. Now it's back to the grindstone.

It's not much of a grindstone since I don't have an outside job yet. But I do a bit of grinding here and there. ;-]

Nate and Kim invited me to N's parent's vacation home in Clare. It's all very nice, lakeside and all.

Yeah it is. It's only a 3-hour drive and N's folks own the house. We have a lot of fun up there, and everything is nicer and more spacious than it is at home.
