Dear Apple,

You are the greatest company in the world. You make the best computers and the best software for them.
I heart you so much.

My powerbook is really old and still does everything a good laptop should.
I don't really need to be watching YouTube anyway, it's a time burgular.

But Apple, why, oh why does a new battery cost $149?
Surely you know how much money that is.
If I had that kind of dough kicking around, I'd own an iPod by now wouldn't I?
And why can't they recondition LI batteries? That's no fair!

In conclusion, continue being so great, and send me a new battery.
I lost three pages yesterday when the cat stepped on the six-way plug.
It totally made me frown and I had to kill that girl all over again.

I was reading along and was like man thats a lot of money for a battery....then I got to "In conclusion....." and once I came across the very last sentence...I laughed out loud and the kids came in and were like whats so funny momma????

I read the last paragraph to them and they were like she was killing someone with her computer??? wha?????

I said no goofballs, shes a writer and hadn't saved in like 3 pages. They were like OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH okay , laughed and walked away.

What can I say, we are dorks.
