I was super dooper productive today despite feeling like I might be getting the flu.

As you know, I put up a podcast and actually got it to work. Hoo RAY!!!
Now I can get really serious about podcasting short stories.
I'm looking at YOU, madush69!
This is gonna be a great project.
Anyone else who wants to lend a voice or background music, let me know.

I also finished editing my synopsis and query letter for my novel The Cat's Apprentice. Since I was feeling so saucy, I went ahead and submitted it to my current publishing house. I wasn't sure if there was a different procedure for submitting to a house where you're already contracted. I just submitted like regular and mentioned our existing relationship in my query letter.

Later, I edited a bunch of short stories for submission to the horror anthology that my house is putting out. I've always wanted to be in an anthology. I have a zombie piece I'm waiting to hear back on as well, for a different anthology. I could be Crazy Anthology Girl. Gimme some Candy!!

Of course I skipped EMDR today, which I skipped because I'm feeling fluish and not too good. So I'll be going to bed after Colbert and ingesting plenty of vitamins.

Cool.

I'm waiting on some vocals from someone, and I'm going to rerecord two short ones. Then it will just be a matter of waiting for H to reformat the WAV files to mp3's. So we should be good to go by next week.

I also have to go through some music so we'll have some we won't get sued if we use. I have a few things lined up, and a musician or two to contact.
