Pretty much all they told us is that some of the tailies are alive. Big whoop.

Ever since I realized that we're halfway through season 3 and still don't know why they took Walt in the season ONE finale, I've been miffed.

I also feel like the advertising for the show has gone from teases to outright lies.

Yeah, that wasn't clear to me either. My best guesses:

1. What Jack's tattoos mean (not a question that was keeping me awake at night).

2. What did The Others do with the abducted passengers. (An important question, but we didn't even really get half of an answer to this.)

I thought it started out like they were really going to tell us something. But then, they didn't.

I just hope it ends better than JJs other turd "Alias".. Talk about a letdown.. Ugh. I just wish they would stop with the trailer masturbatiaon. Thats' what kills it. Then you have these expectations they can't deliver.. eventually it will be "Next week Find out the secret of Kate's Bra size.." or "Next week.. Sawyer.. Boxers or Briefs.."

It's just really frustrating since they seems to go from TV gold to TV shit in the space of one season.

It's possible that they jumped the shark when they got to this island. Nobody gives a frak about any other islands that OUR island. At least now they're finally going back to it next week.

I still like it but, yeah, at like 10:53 or something I realized... hey wait... weren't they supposed to answer 3 questions? And didn't I read some episode description that said something like "We get a pretty good idea of what the Others are up to"? And why did I believe that?? Bah.

On the other hand I thought Heroes this week was surprising and entertaining.

I'm pretty bummed that we aren't watching Heroes. If it's still good in the second season, we're going to catch up.

Yeah, all we really learned about The Others is that they don't like it when you kill one of their own, and that they'll kill you if you do.
It also seems that they're keeping the tailies in the dark about what goes on, hence the "how's ana lucia" question.
