How annoying!

I have always had nice things to say about Cingular. I like my plan, I like the customer service, and I just love those cute little phones from Nokia. They get good reception, do not roam often and I've dropped mine on the cold sidewalk many times and it has not cracked the screen or affected performance.

However...

I got up today thinking how odd it is that no one has called me. I was waiting to hear back about a job, some social things, and from my carpool gal for group. How weird that none of them called.

So yeah...

It turns out that they never changed our address when we moved. We told them we were moving and they changed H's bill address but not mine, so we never received the bills. I have no idea, however, why the bills weren't forwarded.

Anyway, if you need to reach me but can't, know that I'll get my Emails and may even sign on to that annoying-ass IM thing I almost never sign up to.

Hey sweetie. For the most part, I'm doing well. H is looking at a fantastic Xmas and birthday gift-wise. Normally I wouldn't be so into the material, but he really deserves it as I've been out of work for quite some time now.

My therapy is at this point where I can tell that the EMDR is working and actually having an impact on the way I react to things. It's really strange to be making this kind of progress since I've been trying to deal with mental health issues for years and years now...

I'm also having people for new years eve. You should try to get a sitter now so we can see you there!!

I'll try to see what I can do about getting a sitter. I won't be able to work until starting January 3rd and what sucks is that my single/childless friends won't sit on holidays and my friends w/ kids are looking for sitters. I"ll keep checking tho.

i think colbert is sooo funny, i found out he goes to church regularly, i still think hes funny but now hes sorta ruined, not really but in a weird way , i dont know what im trying to say, well i do, do you?

I think it's entirely possible that one can be very serious about separation of church and state, human rights, fighting discrimination and be very liberal and still be a Christian. It's those loud, hypocritical fundies that make all Christians look bad. Shame really, because Jesus is okay in my book.

But it is rather surprising to hear that he is a regular church goer. I don't know of too many of those whom I'd love to share a spliff with. ;-}
