Mall Adventures

Of course I am working today, and the thrilling chilling peeps at the mall do not fail to amuse. A couple of high school kids informed me that we are "fuckin' stupid" for not carrying 8-mile.

Then some old guy came over to buy a ticket to Real Women Have Curves. He asks for it, then says "is it true" I smile at him in a customer servicey way and say "I guess so". So he says "turn around."
I'll be honest, this surpirsed me, and I asked him again how many tickets he'd like. And he says, "C'mon, give an old man a thrill."
I contemplate asking for his credit card number, but I don't. No cc, no thrill.

Wow! You know I've never really thought it that far thru. Thank you for maiking those points, because they are indeed valid ones that many of us miss.

Women need to band together to promote all types of beauty, and not separate skinny chicks from heavy chicks. You are so right!
