Not much going on with me. I've been feeling kind of mad, and I'm not taking any damn lithium.

I've got to stop taking those pills for sleep (they are not actually sleeping pills) as I've been sleeping too much on them. I wish I could just get that whole thing figured out.

Anyway, I've been busy with class and docs and all manner of obligations. Plus you know, I really need to start packing.

If you're not careful some delicate part of your circulatory system is going to explode. Take up yoga or something. You're probably making people nervous.
