Ho Hum
As it happens, my VCR is working well enough that I don't need to buy a new one just yet. That's handy since of course, I'm pretty broke. Lots to tape this weekend, what with the SP season recap and new Family Guy and 2 new Simpsons on Sunday. I heart TV...which is why it will be doubly sad when we no longer have any cable. I heart cable too.
As such, we are taking one more stab at finding a roomate.
Our current roomate will be out by August 1.
If you know anyone who wants to room with H and myself, do let me know.
It's $450 a month plus one third utilities. For that you get a room and a bathroom (your bathroom also gets used by guests), a closet in the hallway, a parking space, and some space in the computer room. Be aware that we have cats, we eat meat, and there is occasionally smoking and drinking going on.
You may not be an alcoholic or chain smoker. You may not bring pets (although ONE fixed cat w/claws might be okay) that live outside an aquarium. You must have credit good enough to be placed on the lease, and should have at least two good references from past roomates or housemates.
It's a pretty nice place and a really good deal.
