H got his ipod mini today. For some reason, he got a pink one. It's 4 gig I think. Mmmmm...gigs.

I remember seeing it on a Sunday morning excercise program once. I was so fascinated by it I had to look it up. I can't say I have ever done any of the exercises, but the form and concept behind it intrigues me in a way that is difficult to explain.
