As far as I know, almost no one else should be showing up to give me gifts. K and N and I are trading soon, but that is it. And mind, you I don't mean that in a negative way. I am once again amazed at the effort put forth by people to indulge me and my consumeristic desires (which are plentiful to say the least).
Therefore, for posterity, here is my list of what I gave and got this year:

Let's see, uterdic and smarbaby got a sack of yummy treats to take on their trip. Bags of yummy treats also went out to C and P, sudrin, my buddy Steve and his family, some folks at the shelter, H's family, and Walt. I have already listed H's gifts, so I won't again. I made P and CD of the Silence of the Lambs musical, some Ricahrd Cheese and other fun stuff. I made C an Akbar and Jeff Shrinky-Dink® necklace with rainbow beads. Martin got Beatles Anthology because I heard a rumor that he was running low on Beatles stuff. Joe got a 3-set of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles comics.

What did I get?

--Gift Cert from H's mom & fam.

--Getting myself Envirascape tomorrow at grocery store.

--And Yahoo News! gave me This!!! *Retro Swoon*

I feel like I'm forgetting something, but I can't think of what. We also received some lovely cards and many fond wishes.

Happily, sudrin got H the extended Return of the King which means I no longer have to. We watched the E-eggs on that and Two Towers...funny stuff.
Tonight we enjoyed chocolates and pizza; splendid conversation, and this horrible film, which I love.

It is true what they say, no person is a failure who has freinds.
And anyone who has met my friends can tell you that I'm a spectacular NON failure...
Let's just hope that plays in as I resume my job search...

I still find it hard to believe you didn't have the ULTIMATE Edition, but it was lucky for me! :-) I just wish I could be around for the 9 hour marathon of Lord of the Rings! :-)
