My Big Fat Greek Wedding...and other stuff I saw today:

I went to work, which was totally slow since a competing theatre in the area has prices which are about half of what ours are on Tuesday's. So I punched out 2 hours early to watch that Greek Wedding movie that everyone in the world has pretty much seen. It's pretty funny, though not really up to all the hype. John Corbett is awfully handsome, and Joey Fatone is the only reason NOT to shoot every kid from a boy-band.

I also finished reading the Covenant with the Vampire novels by Jeanne kalogridis. You know what? The first 2 books were excellent, and the first part of the last book rocked...I couldnt' wait to find out how it all wrapped up. But then something awful happened: it turns lame and verbose and stupid. So that was a crashing disappointment.

Tomorrow, instead of having a day off, i will be working at the sneak preview of Spirited Away which is an Anime movie being US distributed by the kings of pain themselves: Disney. They say it is an excellent film. We shall see. I'm taking Uterdic to the screening tomorrow, though i may or may nto get to actually watch it. I may too busy cultivating my popcorn scooping skills.

Spirited Away already came out here, let me know when you guys get the re-release of E.T.(THAT WAS SARCASM AND IT DIDN'T work?) Have you received the swastica burn yet from tha popcorn?
