Nothing much going on today. Has lunch with H and am trying to clean up this sty of an apartment.
Still working on making some sourdough bread this weekend, but of course bread involves a lot of waiting.
I'm not exactly sure what I think of the word on the new Tim Burton movie. I hope this time around Helena Bonham Carter is less horribly miscast. She's a lovely lass and all, but not quite right for her part in Big Fish.

You know, I don't have any plans at all for Halloween. Usually I'd be doing stuff for work. I thought I'd maybe do the thing Ryan does every year, but he's not doing that either... and it's not like any kids are going to come here and trick or treat. I could stay home and watch scary movies, but that wouldn't really differ from any other night of the year. Maybe I'll see what the local witches are up to...something outdoorsy I bet.

there is an option to dress up in a costume that weekend...I normally don't, and probably won't, but maybe if I generate the right idea that's not too complicated I will...it can't be anything that doesn't fit our dress code, is a licensed character, or would interfere with the job (which requires quite a bit of movement)...and I think another rule is that it can't scare patrons...you seem like an excellent person to ask, so if you have any ideas I would certainly consider them (though I know the rules set up by the library administration make things a little more difficult)...
