Sad.

H was five hours late getting home from work. I hate when he does that without calling. But he brought me home some Ice Mice, Acid Pops, Chocolate Frogs and Fizzing Whizzbees, so I am at least up to the minute on Harry Potter themed candies.

It turns out H and I can't do anything fun with his time off as we have to grocery shop tomorrow and he is back to work on Monday. So sunday he will undoubtedly want to stay home and do nothing. We can't really afford to do much else anyway I suppose.

And finally, I was saddened to discover that I will not be offered the job at Q16 even though I really really wanted it. So that is a total drag as it was my best job prospect. Funny thing is they gave the job to Jeremy from Madstone. I wish I could feel happy for him, as he is an awesome guy. I just suck I guess...

That is very true. I feel bad that I even feel bad about it...I mean he's got a wife and kid who are both as cool as him. Plus I might get some free movies out of it. ;-)

You don't suck! I know we all get in those moods and I can see that you are clearly trying to get yourself a job! I understand not being able to be happy for Jeremy because you wanted that job too! Jeremy now works at Q-16?! That's so bizarre b/c I hang out with his brother-in-law sometimes and he said that Jeremy was going to be working at some theater in Novi. Well, whatev, he must have been confused. Sorry you didn't get the job there though. :o( I'm sure you'll find something.

When I interviewed with Reed Simon, he told me he was looking for someone he could send to another store sometimes. They are also looking for people they can give their own theatre to in a year since they are opening up more theatres soon.

So Jeremy could have his own theatre to run soon, which would be awesome for him. Plus they pay pretty well and seem to have a good staff.
