Because despite overwhelming evidence to the contrary we expect our leaders to be superior to us. But quite frankly I can't fault Cheney for his outburst, tensions are running high these days, sometimes we say things we later regret. It would be wrong to judge Cheney on this one issue.

On the way home from work I heard Cheney saying on the radio that he did not regret anything. So I' ammending my last statement.

But quite frankly I can't fault Cheney for his outburst, tensions are running high these days, sometimes we say things that are rude, but it is how he honestly felt. I know I of all people can't lecture about telling people to 'Go f*** thenselves.'

Of all the people I have ever met on this planet, Hollingsworth is the only one I can think of who has any right to call anyone out on thier use of language in an informal setting. Even though he was "at work" Cheney swore while having a debate with a co-worker, which I think we can all relate to.

Beyond that though, I don't think anyone, regardless of how important they are, warrants a whole news story just for saying Fuck.

It sounds like an Onion article: "Nation recoils in horror as man uses profanity at work."

Why is this news? So he let out a cuss word. Woo hoo. I know people who let out a cuss word every other word.

Oh yeah?! I used to kill for the CIA.
