Wuzzon* with Wednes:
It's getting harder and harder to fight depression when I only have about 4 hours worth of actual stuff to do in any given day. Now it seems that I can't even relax enough to get more than a few hours of sleep at a time. Today I slept from 2pm til 6pm and I'm still up and nervousy and depressed. I have a pretty good handle on how much weed I'm smoking, but its still too much. in fact, it seems that no one is higher than me:

Made myself an all american breakfast this morning. No, my breakfast did not neglect its responsibilities to educate it citizenry in favor of pursuing a war to bolster approval ratings and rile up idiots. Heavens no! My breakfast consisted of toast, eggs over-easy (which is totally difficult to get in a restaurant these days), grits and one of those sausage patties you microwave. Mmmm...precooked meat.
Did 3 loads of laundry, a load of dishes, changed the catbox, played with the cats, read for awhile, studied the iMovie book, made notes about my screenplay, read over other notes about my screenplay. I also cleaned out my desk and went thru some old fiction and journals and soforth. Man, I used to be a lot crazier than I am now...of course I refer to journals from when I was high all day long, every single day. *shudder* I also watched 3 episodes of Dead Zone season 2, which I love. Went thru nine different websites full of job listings which i've been doing each and every day, only to find nothing new to apply for. No new listings until Sunday now...
Later, I assembled all the stuff I needed to start making bread with my bread starter. Somehow, I ended up starting it a day late, plus it stayed in the mailbox on a hot day because no one checked it until the next day. For some reason, I still don't have a key to the mailbox. Long story short, it doesn't smell right and I think it best not to use it. it used to smell like yeast, now it kind of whiffs like sour milk.
Undeterred, I will be starting my own bread starter as soon as I can go purchase some yeast.
Speaking of the screenplay, I was amazed to realize that I had not even considered the Romero staple of having a "strong black male" character to fight off zombies. Silly moi!
H says he'll have to see the script before he agrees to do it. But if he doesn't want to, I can always cast Bleu from the mall as an enthusiastic--if inferior version of H as the Sherriff. What do we think about the realism of having a black sherriff in Mid michigan in the 80's? It's not offocially set in the 80's, but I want it to look like that without it being stated flat out.
*Anyone who can explain the reference to/meanning of "wuzzon" will heretofore be thought of as a clever cookie!
