Woot Woot!

Control your jelousy and bask in the knowlege that I, [livejournal.com profile] wednes have finally acquired Season Two of The Dead Zone on DVD. I now own both availible seasons of the best Sci-Fi show since the X-Files.

Do you mean aside from all those other great Sci-Fi shows that actually have something to do with science?

I guess I didn't realize that the inner workings of the human brain were not studied scientifically...

They are. But the dead zone isn't about the inner workings of the human brain.

For example, in the beginning when John discovers that the doctor's mother is alive. He remote views from the doctor's memory, an ability that is theoretically possible, and some would argue is even probable. But he takes it one step further and looks at the same scene from different angles, angles that the doctor couldn't have experienced. Then later he has visions of the future.

This is if anything, a fantasy show. In my humble opinion.

I think you need to watch more of it before you formulate yet another incorrect opinion. ;-)

Actually, he does not view from the doctors memory he saw events surrounding the subject. He also sees things that have not happened yet.

when i went to buy Season 2, I went to the TV Drama section because i think it DZ as being on par with Law & Order type entertainment. i hadn't really thought about genre. but it was found in Sci-fi with the Star Trek. Also, the Piller brothers are well known Sci Fi guys. The show has also aired on Sci Fi.
