I didn't go to work today. I slept instead.

I was sick most of the night and woke up feeling dizzy, achy and depressed.

Slept until about 2 hours ago, now just kind of run down and terribly terribly depressed.

Why am i so damn depressed?

Thanks. I havent' had to deal with a big bout of depression in awhile, I made it all thru winter without...so I suppose its time.
