I love all this rain. It can storm every single day for all I care...I LOVE it!!!

H took me to Outback Steakhouse and neither of us got any red meat at all. But that is okay. Kids sat on both sides of us at one time or another, it is sad seeing all these people with kids.

And now, back to the rain...

Is it sad because you support zero population growth or is it sad because you want kids? It's sad to me because the noisy little bastards usually ruin any chance of having a decent dinner conversation. They should be outlawed fom public places until they reach the sullen age and don't want to communicate with anyone.

Hey, some youngsters are charming and delightful.

Not the ones out in public!! They're noisy and disruptive while us adults are trying to eat and discuss important philosophical points of interest and/or art/pornography.

I must confess that I am sad to be in my mid-30's and sans kid. Not that I really think I have what it takes for motherhood...but still.

Usually its loud adults who riun my dining out expereince. The kids I encounter don't act like pricks when you ask them nicely to keep it down!

Very astute point, man. I go out for dinner every thursday night with a friend and he's an older, grumpier guy and the lines I stated before are authentic things he says when there are kids 'acting up' nearby our table and he's trying to explain a horse race to me or something. He's also a real nazi about cigarette smoke...but then so am I. I find it funny. What I truly dislike is the 'infant in dining room' scenario. They don't listen to calm requests...they just bawl like mad and make my nerves shake.

It's never too late to breed, I guess...well, not yet anyway. I don't want, and never have wanted any children. I have two nieces and a nephew so I'm fine.
