Today is going to be a better day.
I'm working a double shift today. We have a good staff, and my favorite manager is here.
It's a beautiful day out, so we wont' be that busy.
And I got hooked up last night after midnight, which almost never happens.
Plus I didn't have to set up concession this morning, since it was already done when I got here.
We had a pretty good crowd for Lloyd Kauffmann, although the star-fucking that goes on at these events still chaps me in all the worst ways. I actually went to the bar for a drink after work, which I haven't done since the theatre opened and the bosses took us out.
Having a few peeps over after work, since it's not like I could go to bed early if I didn't. Not too thrilled to be working on Easter Sunday, but (ha ha) beats church...
Not very impressed with Wicked so far. I'm surprised, since some of my favorite people talked it up so much. Right now, the "wicked witch of the west" is the college roomate of the "good" witch of the north. Now that I think of it, those perameters don't really jibe with my interpretation of the quarters, but maybe that's just me.
Haven't decided what I want to get H for his Easter present. I thought I might buy him that shooting game that takes place inside a haunted prison. Anyone play that game? It's for the PS2.
Myself, I still havent' bought a copy of Zombie Survival guide by Mel Brooks's son.
For some reason, they keep calling it a comedy even though the zombie holocaust is far from hilarious.

Next, I'd be careful about games for H. I tried without success to play the PS2 last night, for 5 hours (not all at once, but I never got it to play because it wouldn't read a disc.
