You know who you are!!!

To the stupid looking college girl at Meijers tonight while we were shopping:

I fully respect your right to not consume animal products if you so wish. I even respect your right to loudly discuss it in a public place. If you think the animals are well served by your insulting anyone who buys meat, cheese or butter, by all means, rant away.

But kindly take off your suede jacket, leather shoes and matchign handbag before you do.

Otherwise someone like me will think you're an irritating hypocrite.
and may even put the smackdown on you because of it. while I like to eat meat, I value the animals lives before yours, as the animals irritate me far less.

God's bless us, every one!

I don't eat meat and I'm considering going vegan (that would keep me from eating junk-food as lots of junkfood has dairy in it). I figure if I can give up meat, I can give up dairy. Eventually, I won't even want it anymore. I don't want meat anymore. However, I DO once in awhile wear leather or eat animal products.

Although... I don't tell people who eat animals or their products that they're bad. People can eat what they want. Really. So long as the animal isn't being tortured to death I'm really not having a problem with it. Actually, I'd rather people shoot and prepare their OWN animals rather than raise them on a farm where their only life purpose is to become someone's lunch (I've got a lot of farmers in my family so that's kinda "wrong" of me). But really...

People shouldn't be such hypocrites
