Well, I'm back on AIM and yet none of the cool guys I went there to chat with have turned up. i won't subject anyone to the horror of knowing they're being added to my crush list. Aparently my crushing on someone makes them behave like an ass...so maybe its best if I say nothing.

My throat is still pretty porkypiney...and my voice is indicative of that. it kind of sucks, because i want to sing loudly along with music, and yell when things start to suck. But I can't, its like I'm Kim Carnes or Rod Stewart or one of those other no voice having losers.
I can't take any decongestants because of other meds. So I just get to suffer, posting about it in the most melodramatic way possible.

Didn't manage to hit the day show of The Missing. Seemed like I'd rather sleep than watch some girl get sold into white slavery. I do wonder why they call it "white slavery" like that makes it any worse or better. Going gorovery shopping to get the rest of the stuff i need to maek yummy things for Yule. I'm making bakalava and macaroons for the first time. Also some fruit pastries for work, chip cookies for H, and also marzipan cake for H's birthday, which is the 20th. I'm also making chili for the roomates tonight.

I'll say that again for those who may have missed it:
H's birthday is the 20th. He will be 29.
Good thing we don't live in the future a'la Logans Run.

Maybe tomorrow I'll go see Somethings Gotta Give. I hope its funny. does anyone know if its funny?
I'm just glad we arent' getting LotR's so I can have the day off.
Well, not GLAD perhaps, but making the best of it.
